The Shrewsbury office of Strutt and Parker is proud to be sponsoring the Mini's and Junior's section of the Shrewsbury Rugby Club. This is a new venture for us and one that we are excited to be involved in.
We will be writing to you again to properly introduce ourselves and our team but we wanted to let you know straight away about a partnership scheme which we have set up which will allow us to further support the Minis' and Junior's Teams.
Within our Shrewsbury office we have a number of departments specialising in town and country house sales, lettings, land management, professional valuations and all other areas of property consultancy. Should we be instructed to act on a member's behalf in any of these other areas we will be delighted to offer cash incentives to benefit the club.
Should any member, parent of a child member or non playing member be moving house and instruct Strutt and Parker to sell their home we will pay 5% of our fee back to the club on payment of our account. On the sale of a house at £500,000 this would mean a payment of over £400 back to the club and on the sale of a house at £1,000,000 our gift back to the club would be over £800.
